Telo (T&C) Terms & Conditions-
1- This warranty is only valid within the first six months from the date of purchase.
2- All claims of damaged screens are replaced by original spare parts.
3- This warranty gives you the availability to replace your damaged screen caused by any accidental damage within the first six months from the date of purchase.
4- Any part other than the screen is not covered in this warranty.
5- In case of damage caused to due to customer misuse and mishandling Telo will not be liable to replace the part or parts in full. In this condition, the customer is accountable to pay the cost in full of replacing and repairing the damaged parts.
6- This warranty doesn't cover cosmetic damages like scratches, cracks, and dust in the device. As previously mentioned, this warranty only covers fixing the damaged screens within six months as a maximum period from the day of purchase.
7- This offer is applicable to Telo Gamez devices only, It cannot be clubbed with any other offer of warranty, this offer cannot be transferred to any other user or any other device.
8- Telo holds the complete rights to extend or withdraw this offer without informing the customers in advance.
